We were to be on a 9:30 bus, but our bus was already filled so we were moved to another 10:00 bus that also left late. People were very confused and frustrated. Busses did not have signage and we were not provided clear instruction on where to find the bus. Once we go going, our guide was wonderful, friendly, and accommodating. The scenery is breathtaking. Also a negative was stopping for a bathroom break where there was one toilet for two busses of people and we spent a considerable amount of time wasted waiting for…”
