“Unfortunately you didn't give us a proper GUIDE even though your company name is GETYOURGUIDE! You gave us a lousy & lazy driver named Vala. Your tour package was nothing luxurious or informative as this lazy driver did not even provide information about daily itinerary, sights except her grandma stories or bathroom facilities, restaurants, etc. Only real guide we had was Beda for the ice cave for few hours! Hotels were arranged daily without any planning but we booked the tour months ago. The 5th night, we were put in a motel with a bunk bed & no basic facilities as Vala changed the hotel where we supposed to stay.…”
