“Laura our guide was amazing. She was very welcoming. The hand warmers was a lovely touch. Laura took us to a secluded location approx. 30min from Reykjavik. Apparently the forecast was against us but improving, Laura was optimistic. on arrival the Northen lights were visible. Mother nature at her best. The hot chocolate and pastries were beautiful. Laura took some amazing pictures of us and I can't wait to receive them. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone and everyone!! 5*”

They didn’t cancel the tour even though the weather was clearly bad, and when I booked the complimentary tour for another day, the weather was again terrible, I asked to cancel and they refused to reschedule. They also mentioned offering hot chocolate, but there was none. Honestly, it’s better to just rent a car, drive away from the city when the sky is clear, and you’ll have a much better chance to see the lights. I’ve been on a cheaper…”
