We couldn't see the Northern Lights on the last day and was rebooked for the next day (although the weather was still too cloudy). Then we discussed with the representative and change our schedule on the second day night. And we got the notice in the third day morning, they insist on we must join the forth day trip as usual. We think it is so funny. we can not change everyday. one day said yes, ine day said no. and it is impossible to empty one day and join again. Funny travel agency.”
