They told me to call Viator. Viator told me they’d have to call the tour. I have yet to receive a refund. There isn’t much to investigate. I booked a tour with pickup and they did not pick me up.”

A bonus of the tour was decensing in an ice cave with ropes and seeing the bluish formations up close. The landscape is otherwise pretty unimpressive during summer, as you're walking on dirty ice and don't have a view of the nice icy formations that you see in the pictures. An added disappointment was finding out about the fast pace of melting, which actually makes these tours even more imperative to experience while they last!”
